Georgia's local self-government elections, scheduled for October 21, will be monitored by 20,000 local and 600 foreign observers, Central Election Commission (CEC) spokesperson Ana Mikeladze said.
She said that 71 local, 30 international, and 74 local and foreign media outlets have registered at the CEC, APA reported.
