Snowfall is continuing in Georgia: from December 31st to January 4th the Center Agency for the operational management of the Georgian Interior Ministry received more than 700 calls from citizens who suffered as a result of the snowfall, the press office reported today.
Rescuers helped to pull taxis and vehicles out of snow, as they were unable to move on without snow tires, Sputnik Georgia reports.
