The Ministry of Construction and Housing of Karachay-Cherkessia started accepting applications from residents of the republic on provision of financial support for purchase of property on a mortgage.
"Social support of citizens is carried out in the form of subsidies from the budget of Karachay-Cherkessia on repayment of part of the initial payment of a mortgage housing loan amounting to 5% of the cost of the acquired property. At the same time, the loan amount cannot exceed 3 million rubles," the representative of the press service of the head of the KCR informed, Interfax-South reports.
