Foreign ministries of Azerbaijan and Russia have discussed the preparation for the upcoming Azerbaijan-Iran-Russia top level meeting in Baku, Trend reports.
A phone conversation was held between State Secretary and Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia Grigory Karasin and Azerbaijan’s Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov on July 21, read a message posted on Russian Foreign Ministry’s website.
They also discussed some aspects of bilateral relations.
The top level meeting between Vladimir Putin, Ilham Aliyev and Hassan Rouhani is scheduled for Aug. 8.
