Turkish citizens will still be able to enroll at Moscow State University (MSU) in a normal manner in accordance with common rules of admission of foreign citizens, the press service of the university reported today.
"Turkish citizens apply to MSU under common rules for admission of foreign citizens at Moscow State University of Lomonosov in 2016," RIA Novosti cites the report.
