Next week an Iranian Ministry of Defense delegation arrives in Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry hopes that the country will be able to reach an agreement on the S-300, director of the Second Department of Asia of Russian Foreign Affairs Ministry Zamir Kabulov said.
"I really hope that we will do it [sign an agreement on deliveries of S-300 next week], but they have partners in the Ministry of Defence, the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation and Rosoboronexport, the Foreign Affairs Ministry is not engaged in these deals. But I do not think that they [Tehran] will reveal, [details of the negotiations] it is not acceptable , the negotiations have not started yet, and there is an elementary commercial secret," he said.
Zamir Kabulov added that the delegation will definitely visit MAKS-2015, RIA Novosti reported.
