A leading specialist of the weather center ‘Phobos’, Evgeniy Tishkovets warned today that a new temperature record in December can be set in Moscow in the next five days.
The weatherman said that such a long-term warming in December has not been recorded in the history of observations. At the time the temperature exceeds the norm by 10-13 degrees.
