Moscow residents warned of strong winds

According to the press service of the Moscow Emergency Management, windy weather is expected today, which may entail trees falling, damage to power lines and billboards.

‘‘On August 30th 2015  north-westerly winds of 12-17 m/s are expected in the next few hours until 10 pm ," Interfax reports.
