Russia intends to develop relations with Saudi Arabia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the plenary session of the Valdai Discussion Club onThursday.
"We've recently determined the status of Saudi Arabia in the SCO. And we will develop relations with this country both bilaterally and multilaterally", the Russian leader said.
