Actor and film director Igor Ugolnikov has offered to organize the BRICS Film Festival Moscow and show the most notable Russian films of different years.
"I want to make a proposal for organization of the BRICS Film Festival in Moscow. I have partners in the BRICS countries who are ready to allow to use their films," Ugolnikov said at the "round table" at the Moscow cultural forum, RIA Novosti reports.
