The Moscow State Linguistic University will write dictation in the Azerbaijani language on October 17. The event was initiated by the chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia (AYOR), Leyla Aliyeva.
Members of the Azerbaijani community abroad and Russians will be given an opportunity to take part in the dictation. The dictation was organized within the framework of the Independence Day of Azerbaijan (October 18), Trend reports.
