A three-day mourning was declared in Chechnya over the death of the Speaker of Chechen Parliament, Dukuvakha Abdurakhmanov, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov said.
Dukuvakha Abdurakhmanov has died after a long illness at the age of 59 years. He was buried in his home village of Jalka.
