According to the press service of the Russian Interior Ministry in the Rostov region, law enforcement officers have arrested a mugger in Rostov-on-Don, who stole a bag with social benefits from an employee of one of the commercial organizations.
"A resident of Rostov informed that an unknown person in the entrance of one of the houses in Baturin Street stole her bag, in which there were about 330 thousand rubles for payment of pensions. The man sprayed tear gas in the woman’s face, and pulled the bag from her hand,’’ UGA reports.
