Simferopol will form a municipal emergency rescue service. Its functions will include pumping of water from flooded buildings, dismantling of emergency structures and green plantations, the press service of the administration of the Crimean capital reported.
"Fire-rescue departments in Simferopol will now be able to focus solely on saving people, municipal rescuers will deal with other issues," YUGA cites the report.
