Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko has said that the Russian Federation is taking the necessary steps for the ‘purification’ of the national sport from doping. They should leave no doubts that the national team will perform honestly during the summer 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.
‘‘The Russian national team will be absolutely transparent during the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro,’’ Tass cites him as saying.
