The President of the Russian Football Union (RFU), Vitaly Mutko, told about some of the ideas and results of the youth football reforming.
According to him, in this regard it is necessary not to use the methods of others, because Russia is a country with its own mentality and culture. At the same time he noted the agreement signed with the Germans, noting that the Russian Federation has developed its own method on the basis of theirs.
