Mutko wished good luck to Russian athletes

Russian Sports Minister Vitaly Mutko, who could not obtain Olympic accreditation after the report of Richard McLaren's WADA independent commission, congratulated Russian team on the beginning of summer Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and wished athletes good luck.
