On the basis of the NATO Joint Forces Command in Naples, the Coordination Center for information exchange and analysis of the situation in the southern direction was opened.
According to the preliminary data, the new structure will deal with the collection, exchange and analysis of information, threat assessment and coordination of actions in the southern direction, TASS reports with reference to the ANSA agency.
