NATO concerned about modernization of Russia's Black Sea Fleet

The document expresses concern over modernization of Russia's Black Sea Fleet and expanded forces in the Southern Military District.

The center's s experts note that the U.S. need to deploy advanced air and coastal defense systems in Romania and Bulgaria to counter Russian offensive missile threats, expand NATO exercises, and continue assistance to Ukraine and Georgia in the development of their national defense capabilities.
