NATO intends to establish dialogue with Russia

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said today that the alliance intends to avoid further confrontation with Russia and find a dialogue.

"We intend to cooperate and establish a dialogue with Russia, but the cooperation should be based on power. There should not be any contradiction between strong defense and political dialogue,’’ he pointed out.
