NATO’s Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller said that Turkey’s Operation Olive Branch in Afrin should be restricted in point of time and scope.
"Turkey should remember this alliance’s principles. It must be adhered to the alliance in the context of principle of proportionality. Turkey should pay utmost attention not to hurt civilians in Afrin," she said, speaking at the annual Brussels Forum conference.
