NATO wants to persuade USA to put pressure on Russia

NATO countries seek to persuade the USA to increase pressure on Russia. This statement was made by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk following a meeting of leaders from the "coalition of the willing" in Paris on September 4.

He declined to disclose details of the conversation between meeting participants and US President Donald Trump.

"I am obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the discussion between the five prime ministers, heads of European institutions, and President Trump. The meeting took place without media presence. While I am not authorized to talk about details, but there are some specifics",

Donald Tusk stated.

A meeting of the so-called "coalition of the willing" took place in the French capital yesterday. It was chaired by French President Emmanuel Macron and the UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.
