The National Coalition of Opposition and Revolutionary Forces of Syria (NKORS) has agreed with the need to preserve the public institution CAP and a settlement of the conflict on the basis of the Geneva communique.
This statement was made today by the head of NKORS Khaled al-Khoja during a meeting in Moscow with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
