The Chairwoman of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, has refused to pay a visit to the World Economic Forum in Davos, the CB press service informed, without specifying the reason for the cancellation of the trip.
It was assumed that tomorrow the head of the Central Bank of Russia was to take part in a session devoted to global debt problems.
According to a market source, the Central Bank held a meeting with the bankers who have applied to the Central Bank of Russia with a request to return the discount rate in the calculation of standards, as well as to take further urgent measures, Interfax reports.
