The Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk, expressed hope for a meeting soon between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan, to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh problem.
At the same time, he stressed that this conflict can be resolved only in the framework of the Madrid principles, APA reports.
