The carelessness of the West in deciding on the means of achieving their goals made the existence of ISIS possible, the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin said.
"The explosive region with its complicated internal problems was made an object of internal political struggle. And the protracted existence of the ISIS terrorist quasi-state emerged as a result of our western partners’ and regional allies’ negligence in the choice of the means to pursue their goals," Sputnik cited Naryshkin as saying.
