The chairman of the State Duma Sergei Naryshkin said that the group of 'genetic Russophobes' in PACE is narrowing.
"We are monitoring the situation in PACE rather attentively. The attitude is changing here, the group of, I would say, ‘genetic Russophobes’ is narrowing," he said after the State Duma session.
"We will make a final decision on whether the Russian delegation will take part in the work of the Parliamentary Assembly in January, that is in 2016," TASS cited Naryshkin as saying.
