The Information Center of the National Anti-terrorism Committee (NAC) has reported that 10 militants were killed during an ongoing counter-terrorism operation near Nalchik.
"We received information about the location of a group of armed persons, involved in terrorist crimes, in the forested mountainous area near Nalchik," TASS cites the report.
"During the active phase of the special operation, according to preliminary data, ten bandits were eliminated," NAC representatives reported, adding that the operation is still ongoing.
