On Sunday, August 18, the State Administration of the Icherisheher Historical- Architectural Reserve and the Artishok Agency, with the support of Azeri Home Chef, are launching a series of monthly cooking workshops at the Gala State Historical Ethnographic Reserve in Baku, the office of the reserve reported.
The aim of the project is to introduce the cuisines of various nations, bring back to life the most delicious, although forgotten, dishes of Azerbaijani cuisine. Masterclasses will be held not only by chefs, but also culinary enthusiasts, as well as guests of the capital, Azertac reports.
The first masterclass will be organized together with guests from Ukraine, who will teach everyone to cook dumplings.
