Nazarbayev: EU not ready yet to interact with EEU

Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev does not see the readiness of the European Union (EU) to interact with the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).

Nazarbayev noted that during the meetings with the heads of a number of Eastern European states, his interlocutors expressed interest in building economic cooperation with the EEU. "But they still have a desire to restore relations. They need our resources, we need their technology. We must unite it," Sputnik Kazakhstan cited Nazarbayev as saying.
