President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has extended condolences to Russia's President Vladimir Putin over the tragedy in Karelia.
Nazarbayev, on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and himself, expressed sincere condolences to the families of the victims, AKIpress reports.
Recall, 14 children died in an incident on Syamozero Lake in Karelia on Sunday.
