The Israeli Prime Minister reiterated that Israel will not complete the operation in the enclave until the main goal is achieved — the elimination of the entire movement of Palestinian radicals.
"We will fight until victory, even if it takes time. Without military pressure on Hamas, we […] will not be able to achieve the release of the hostages",
Benjamin Netanyahu said.
He further explained that he agreed to the so-called "Biden plan", which involved a temporary ceasefire only for the purpose of releasing the hostages. When it happens, military operations in the enclave will continue.
