Today Vice-Speaker of the State Duma, the secretary of the General Council of the party "United Russia" Sergey Neverov has said that Russia hasn’t formed a unified system of cadastral valuation of real estate yet.
Due to this fact the consequences of the entry into force of the law on tax on real estate according to its cadastral value will be unpredictable in 2016.
