The United Kingdom’s newly appointed Ambassador to Armenia, Judith Farnworth, presented copies of her credentials to Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian yesterday.
Nalbandian congratulated the ambassador on her appointment and wished her success in her mission. He also expressed the hope that Farnworth will greatly contribute to the strengthening of bilateral relations.
The diplomat, in her turn, assured that she will do her utmost to make ties between London and Yerevan grow deeper.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the matters that are on the bilateral agenda, Novosti-Armenia reports. Nalbandian and Farnworth also exchanged views on several regional and international issues.
