Arthur Ortskhanov will become a new chairman of the Supreme Court of Dagestan. The order to delegate authority was signed by the head of the Supreme Court, Vyacheslav Lebedev, the press service of the republican court reported.
Earlier Ortskhanov was a deputy chairman of Ruslan Mirzaev, who headed the court in 2011, RIA Dagestan reported.
The appointment of a new Chairman is due to the fact that the authorities of Ruslan Mirzaev terminate on February 1. Ortskhanov begins his work as a chairman on February 2.
