Russian servicemen Valery Permiakov, accused of killing seven people in the Armenian city of Gyumri, is facing new charges, the Investigative Committee of Armenia reports.
"A preliminary investigation reveals sufficient evidence that the killing of the Avetisyans on January 12th, 2015 in Gyumri was accompanied by robbery, illegal entry into the house and plunder of property."
