Baku has received another batch of Russia's modern military equipment and ammunition for various purposes.
The equipment and ammunition were delivered to Azerbaijan in accordance with an agreement on military-technical cooperation signed between the two countries.
"The shells, missiles and other military equipment delivered to the Baku port in large quantities are intended for accurate destruction of combat vehicles, engineering devices, manpower and other enemy facilities with appropriate rocket and artillery systems," the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said in a statement.
The echeloned ammunition will multiply the combat capabilities of the troops deployed on the frontline.
