New head of office of Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers appointed

Rufat Mammadov was appointed head of the office of the Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers, according to the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Prior to this appointment, Mammadov served as Deputy Minister of Economy.
