A new kindergarten has been opened in the Right Bank district of North Ossetia. Local residents had been expecting its opening for six years, the press service of the head of the republic and the government reports.
"A kindergarten for 90 children has been put into operation. Local residents had been waiting for this event for six years," Interfax-South cites the agency's message.
