A new residential area with a developed infrastructure will appear in the southern part of Derbent.
"DOM.RF transferred to the Republic of Dagestan a land plot with an area of 124 hectares in the Derbent district of the region for integrated development of the territory, including for housing construction. The corresponding decision was made at the government commission for the development of housing construction and assessment of the efficiency of using land plots owned by the Russian Federation,” TASS cites the company’s message.
