A memorandum on consular cooperation has come into force between Russia and Iran. It is worth noting that it was signed during the visit of Russian leader Vladimir Putin to Tehran.
The agreement was concluded in order to facilitate movement of the citizens of both countries between the states, as well as an exchange of conditions of trade and scientific-technical delegations.
