New weather records to be set in Russia

The head specialist of the Moscow Weather Bureau, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, said that on November 5 and 6, air temperature in Central Russia could reach maximum for this time of year.

According to her, an Atlantic cyclone enters the European territory of the country, due to which almost subtropical heat is expected.

“It will be 10-11 degrees above zero in the capital, which is close to the record values,” the weather forecaster said adding that after November 8, the temperature will begin to drop.
