Nine members of Islamic State suspected of involvement in the recent terrorist attack in Ankara have been arrested in the Turkish city of Gaziantep.
Police detained two suspects last week and seven other suspects later.
"The group members were caught with the vehicles, grenades, explosives and weapons they were going to use in the attack. The attacks were aimed at creating an atmosphere of fear and chaos before the parliamentary elections," Gazeta.ru cited the governor's office as saying.
