A car driver (born in 1981) and eight passengers died when the vehicle they were in fell from a height of 12m at the 319th kilometer mark of the Dushanbe-Darwaz highway in Dagestan.
"On August 9 the driver of an Opel Astra, Mamadamonullo Jumayev, lost control of the vehicle, causing the car to fall from a height of 12 meters," the press service of the Tajik Interior Ministry said.
"Rescuers concluded their searches on Sunday. The bodies are being transported to their relatives for burial," Interfax cites the Ministry.
