As a result of a road accident on the Astrakhan-Elista-Stavropol federal highway in the Ipatovsk district of Stavropol Territory, an area of the road was strewn with nitrate.
According to preliminary information, a Mazda didn't allow a Kamaz to go past. The driver of the Kamaz lost control, after which the truck overturned and nitrate was strewn on the road.
