There is no terrorist link in the car explosion in Berlin, a spokesman for the Berlin police said.
"There is no evidence of there being a terrorist background," Gazeta.ru reports with reference to Reuters.
Vestnik Kavkaza previously reported that one person was killed as a result of the explosion.
