The Committee on the Protection of Human Rights of the Parliament of Georgia has approved a project, according to which fines due to exceeding the permissible noise levels will be introduced.
Amendments will be made to the Code of Administrative Offences. Physical individuals may be fined 150 laris and legal entities fined 1000 laris. The sum will be doubled for a repeated violation within a year.
