According to the plan of the CEC of Azerbaijan, nominations of the candidates for MPs to participate in the parliamentary elections of November 1st have started today. Required documents must be submitted to the district electoral commissions starting from September 12, and not later than 18:00 on October 2nd.
According to Trend, the election campaign starts a week later, on October 9, and will end the day before the elections, at 08:00 on October 31. Foreign organizations and states wishing to observe the parliamentary elections in Azerbaijan are required to submit their documents to the CEC, starting from 22 October, and local observers from 27 October.
