Non-Aligned Movement expresses solidarity with Venezuela

The Non-Aligned Movement issued a statement regarding the US aggression against Venezuela. The organization expressed solidarity with the Venezuelan government and noted that the US actions constitute an "act of war" and undermine global security.

The Non-Aligned Movement's Coordinating Bureau condemned Washington's aggression against Caracas, and Venezuelan Foreign Minister Yván Gil published the organization's statement on his blog.

"These attacks, which grossly violate the purposes and principles enshrined in the Charter of the United Nations, as well as international law, constitute an act of war against the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, undermine regional and international peace, security, and stability, and pose a threat to the right to life of the Venezuelan people,”
