Over 250 thousand tourists will travel to the North Caucasus ski resorts of Elbrus, Dombai and Arkhyz during the winter season.
Currently, almost 100% of the rooms in hotels near the ski infrastructure are booked both by tour operators and individual tourists, the director general of the subsidiary of 'Development Corporation of the North Caucasus' – the 'North Caucasian Mountain Club', Danil Kaunov said.
The tourist flow this year could increase by 20-23% because of events in Egypt and Turkey, YUGA quoted him as saying.
